2. What data we process
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash).
- Connected channels: access/OAuth tokens of the social media accounts you connect (stored encrypted/masked, used solely to publish on your behalf).
- Content: the posts you create, uploaded media, schedules, metrics.
- Billing: plan, invoices; payments processed via Stripe.
- Usage data: login times, technical logs (IP, timestamp) for security.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Provision of the service and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)), and statutory retention of invoices (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Recipients / processors
- Social media platforms (Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Mastodon, Bluesky, Discord) – only the content you release.
- Stripe (payment processing), if enabled.
- Email/SMTP provider for transactional emails (reset, invitations), if configured.
- Hosting provider on which this instance runs.
5. Retention
Account data until your account is deleted; invoices in accordance with statutory periods (typically 10 years).
6. Cookies / local storage
We use only technically necessary local storage (a session token in your browser for login). No tracking, no advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. In PostOmnia you can exercise these directly:
- Data export (access/portability): Settings → Privacy → “Export my data”.
- Erasure: Settings → Privacy → “Delete active team” or “Delete account permanently”.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
